How to Collaborate in a Studio Environment

On Thursday, August 17, Ahmed Zainal and Hamad Ebrahim held a workshop on collaborating in a studio environment.



Learn about the advantages and challenges that come with collaborating with other musicians and producers. Get a glimpse into Ahmed Zainal and Hamad Ebrahim’s experience working together to produce music under Hamad’s 7MND project and their electronic collaboration project Slimfit Tea. The duo will touch on topics including who to collaborate with, setting up the best collaborative environment, overcoming conflicts, workflow techniques, and will end the session with a short jam session to demonstrate how they collaborate in the studio. This workshop is for musicians and producers with any amount of experience and for non-music artists looking for inspiration on collaborative projects.
